Stress can be motivating.
Stress can make you do things.
Stress can create mistakes.
Stress can cause health issues.
- everyone stresses right? Or is it just me. No.
I feel that when you are person who stresses about things, it can be big issues or smaller issues, it doesn't really matter, you feel like you are the only one in this world that is trapped inside this intense bubble.
I have found ways to deal with any stress that I may have...
Make lists. Buy yourself a small notepad to create lists that you can tick off.
Time out. Try yoga, go for a run, the moral of this is to take time to exercise.
Socialise. See your friends, and get out of the house.
Make sure you chill. Take some time to reflect on what you are doing or have been doing so you can work things out and think about them logically.
Write your thoughts down. This could be in a book of thoughts or just simply on your notes section in your phone.
Sharing your worrys or explaining to someone you are close to why you are stressed, which can help relieve the tension inside of you.
There are a lot more things to do in order to make you feel less stressed. I mean stress can come from anything really, by having a busy lifestyle, your occupation, family life, relationships, friendships, and not having enough time for yourself. Remembering to take time for yourself and to enjoy your own company can help de-stress you. Also, if you have a goal in life you want to work towards, something you are interested in enables you to stay focused.
If you aren't happy, change it. Make things happen if you want them to because yes, we all have busy lives. But, we are all on this planet to live and make the most of the world so why not enjoy it the best we can. Why can't we all relieve ourselves and find what is best for us. Find the best ways to relieve stress in the healthiest and happiest ways possible. Therefore, everyone needs to take a bit of time out to stop and realise how we can make ourselves happy. Perhaps in life, being stressed pushes you to do things hence why we feel it. And in life we need to know these feelings in order to catch the things in life we want to achieve and share. So in my chain of thoughts, stress feels like a bad thing when actually stress can make you see the good in yourself and it can make you seek the possible.
