Worrying is something I do everyday, whether it's about what I should wear, what people will think of my Instagram pictures or what to eat at night...

No matter how serious or how small your worries are, you are not the only one worrying - so don't feel alone. Speak to people about it - my bestfriends and I are always sharing our worries and reassuring each other, which can be a good thing, if people understand you. Sometimes, it's not the best thing for you - it might feel good, yes, but it doesn't always help you in the long run. Sometimes, you need to take on the decision or choice yourself in order to beat your worries.

It's not easy to try and tell yourself ''stop worrying'', or to ''just go for it'', because at the end of the day, we are who we are. Some people find making decisions a lot easier than others, whether they are big or small decisions. It took me a long time to decide whether to buy the latest MacBook, and to some people, it would be a simple decision to make. I would say, sometimes I am a vocal 'worrier', which means people know I worry because I share it with them, I ask a tonne of questions in order to make my decision or to know everything about something. However, others are introvert when it comes to sharing their worries. Maybe there are people out there who genuinely don't worry about life decisions, or relationships and genuinely live for the moment.

We, the worriers of today, all need to accept that worrying is a part of us. It can come in waves, different times of the months/years, when you're around different people, in different places. So many different situations can weaken or strengthen your worrying.   It's about dealing with it and finding out what weakens your worrying or when it is okay to worry about something and when not to. In today's society, it is difficult when you feel like you're always comparing yourself and feeling like you're not achieving because it is in your face all the time, particuarly on social media. But, we have to remember that it's about how you take in that information, do you sit there and compare your life to others and wish that you could be someone else? Or do you get up and try to accomplish something you want to do? Why can't other people be your inspiration to do something good with your life?

Social media and the digital space can bring that to your life because information is so accessible now. The worrying and comparing can be weakened by accomplishing things you strive to do, or aspire to be. Think about the amount of time you probably waste thinking about your worries, when actually you could turn that time into something beneficial, like turning to your career, blog writing, social media, your family life etc - the list goes on. Transforming the time of worrying and changing it into something perfect and worthwhile will really help you start to see that worrying really doesn't do anything. I'm not saying you shouldn't worry, ever, but there are times when you probably waste a lot of your time worrying, so instead, use that time for something good.

At the end of the day, worrying takes you to the negative outlook on life. So, stop the unnecessary worrying and you will eventually see the positive in life and have a brighter perception on your own life.
